There’s nothing funny about a little tickle in your throat or a cough you just can’t drop. So when the Swiss born soothers at Ricola came to BAKER seeking a creative approach to their new line of delicious drops with real honey filling, we were as excited as could bee to jump right in and help find a buzzworthy solution.

Offering a significantly sweeter soothe than Ricola’s core line of cough drops, these luscious little lozenges are a hybrid model of everyday effectiveness - part reliable relief, part tasty treat - all supremely satisfying. To highlight the unique combination of naturally nurturing nectar from fair trade sourced honey with Ricola’s signature botanical blend, we articulated a whole new architecture featuring the purity and provenance of Ricola’s mountain grown herbs above, and the carefully crafted confections below. The result was a delightfully distinct departure from Ricola’s original offerings that respectfully retains the beloved brand’s narrative while elevating and expressing the most essential elements with effortless effectiveness.
